About the Owner "The fashion industry has always been a passion of mine" says Neoma Larsen, owner of Palumo Clothiers. In March 2003 her dream became a reality. Palumo Clothiers was opened on Main Street in downtown historic Clinton. Her vision was to establish a men's clothing boutique that would be the finest clothier in Hunterdon County. The idea was to establish a men's shop which would bring together a fine line of clothing from office attire be it formal or business casual and weekend wear with a full line of accessories. As time progressed, the women made requests for Palumo Clothiers to expand its offerings to include a women's section. Neoma went out into the market and brought together a selection of clothing from around the world, made in America and accessories to enhance the clothing. The women's offering also would be of the finest quality and up to date fashion both for the office or casual weekend wear.
